What are my in-person COVID-19 test benefits?
Sidecar Health Employer plans cover COVID-19 lab tests, including rapid and PCR tests, administered by licensed medical providers (i.e. not at-home tests). Eligible COVID-19 lab tests are covered at cost (100% of the provider price) and are subject to the deductible.
How to use this benefit:
- Pay for your test with our Sidecar Health VISA benefit card or with a personal payment method.
- Obtain an itemized medical invoice with the required information.
- Submit a photo of your medical invoice to the expense in the Sidecar Health member portal within 90 days of the service date.
