For Sidecar Health VISA benefit card transactions within your plan's $2,500 swipe limit: Sidecar Health automatically opens a new expense to your account on the member portal. We pay 100% of the provider charge upfront. You will then be prompted to upload your itemized medical invoice to the expense via the member portal so our team can process your claim against your Benefit Amounts and outstanding deductible amounts. We will notify you via email once the claim has been processed and communicate any savings or outstanding balance associated with your claim.

If your care costs more than your swipe limit, you can submit a pre-bill to temporarily increase your swipe limit to cover the cost of your care.
