If I have a Sidecar Health employer plan, how do I use the Sidecar Health VISA benefit card to pay for preventive services?

If you have a Sidecar Health Employer Plan, preventive care services charged at or below the Benefit Amount are provided at no cost to you regardless of whether you’ve met your deductible.

After paying for your preventive service with our Sidecar Health VISA benefit card, submit your medical invoice.

You will be responsible for reimbursing Sidecar Health the amount via a charge to your linked expense payment method account if:

1. The healthcare provider’s price exceeds your plan’s Benefit Amount for the preventive service.
2. Any non-preventive services were received during your visit if you have not yet met your deductible.
